The club is very fortunate in having Siggi Duvel as one of the founder members and our clubhouse is situated on the grounds of the Sylviavale Heritage and Preservation Trust Museum. This Trust was established by Siggi in 2008 to preserve his extensive collection of vintage memorabilia for future generations as well as to ensure that the Vaal Old Wheels Club would be guaranteed a home in the future. Siggi has devoted many years as well as financial outlay to create an old time village look for the grounds on which the premises are situated and this is an ongoing process. Apart from a very comfortable clubhouse/bar/kitchen there are many other buildings and facilities available for use by the club and it's members.
